Renaissance Man

This sequence was shot as part of an ongoing, print-based project of photographer Charlie Schuck. The theme is discovery, passion, art and science. My styling goal was to capture the romantic mood and handsome attire of a time of constant discovery. Small details like smokey grey, patent leather shoes and an antique brooch were brought in for texture. Designer pieces were paired with vintage cloaks and jewelry to give added dimension.

PF Flyers Test Shoot

The aesthetic and styling choices for this shoot are meant to allow the selling product, the shoes, to be a focal point to the viewer. The simple and clean wardrobe palette was intended to give the basic tennis shoes an upscale edge and sophistication.

Sakura

A portfolio shoot for two young models, focused around the blossoming cherry trees. My styling choices were inspired by the fresh scenery and my intention was to create a sense of ease and youthfulness. Pieces were pulled from a designer boutique as well as my own wardrobe.

Saturday

Amerivespa Rally

Runway show for the largest annual North American Vespa rally. Clothing and accessories pulled from both new and vintage retailers, mixed to create an easy-going and edgy presentation of Spring looks. The inspiration for this show was the angsty youthfulness of the cast of the 70's film Quadrophenia.

Blackbird Spring 2008 Showcase

A runway show featuring key Spring 2008 looks for Blackbird, an upscale men's boutique. A range of looks from preppy to avante garde, which I picked to showcase the range of styles and designers from said shop (which I was dong the buying for at that time). I also chose to utilize pieces and combinations that I felt spoke to each model's personality and natural aesthetic.
